You have 2 days to decide if the item is right for you. Harsh Appliances will refund any item(s), provided that the item(s) has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that all labels and tags are attached.
How do I return an item?
The original Packing Slip must be enclosed with all returns or exchanges. We do not accept returns or exchanges without the original packing slip. Your package contains a Return and Exchange Form along with detailed instructions on how to return an item.
You can use our return label which is included in your package. An appropriate return shipping fee will be deducted from the credit of the returned merchandise. If you have lost the return form you can print a new one here or contact Customer Service. For a new return address label, please contact Customer Service.
If you do not wish to use the return label, we recommend that all returns be sent with a traceable carrier such as Book,Software etc... Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our warehouse. Harsh Appliances is not responsible for packages sent with a return label not provided by Harsh Appliances. Harsh Appliances do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
